Karena - Receptionist
Karena has been a receptionist at Animal Medical Clinic since August 2005. She enjoys 4-wheeling, roller-blading, fishing, karaoke and spending time with her family. Karena has one cat -- Goober. Goober seems to think he's a dog and will do tricks for treats.

Stephanie - Receptionist
Stephanie is a recent graduate from Rockford East High School. She recently married her high school sweetheart Josh in 2007. She has been a part of Animal Medical Clinic as a receptionist since February 2008. She enjoys taking pictures, decorating, scrap booking, and playing basketball and softball. Her animal family includes two dogs; Jackson,a Hurricane Katrina rescue, and Chase, also a rescue dog. Stephanie and her husband just bought their first house in Rockford and are looking forward now to starting a family.

Jocelyn - Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant
Jocelyn, a graduate of Harlem High School, has been with Animal Medical Clinic since 2001. Her time is divided between front desk reception and working as a Veterinary Assistant. She enjoys taking walks in any dog-friendly area with her two purebred Boxers and Boxer-mix. At home she enjoys the company of her Guinea Pig and daughter; dancing and scrap booking is also high on the fun-list. When she retires, her goal is to own more Boxers, Bulldogs, Pugs and have a lot of land.

Ashley - CVT
Ashley is a Certified Veterinary Technician with AMC. She started as a part of the Kennel Crew in 1998 and became a receptionist in 2001. Graduating from Parkland College with an Associate of Applied Science, she received her certification as a Veterinary Technician in 2004. In her spare time she enjoys being with family and friends, and the antics of her two cats, Jade and Zoe.

Andrea - CVT
Andrea is a 2004 graduate from Parkland College. She was inspired to work with animals during 4th grade when she began working with dairy cattle in Seward, IL. She enjoys rollerblading, camping, and fishing. Andrea has one dog, two cats and a ball python.  

Nikki - CVT
Nikki graduated from Parkland College as a Veterinary Technician in 1990. She worked at Animal Medical Clinic until 1995 and has recently rejoined the AMC staff part time. Nikki married Travis in 1995 and has a daughter Leah and son Luke. She enjoys taking care of her dog Sully, cats, horses and donkey Jack.

April - Kennel Attendant
April has worked for Animal Medical Clinic since August of 2003. She has three cats; Cheshire, Sofie and Trinity. Someday she would like to add a Rottweiler to the household. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading, sketching and Japanese cuisine. April also has an interest in animal behavior.

Jaimi - Kennel Attendant
Jaimi is a 2007 graduate of Durand High School. She is currently studying to become a certified vet tech, while working with the kennel team at Animal Medical Clinic. She is the proud owner of dog, Bandit, cat, Moglei, and a horse, Ritzie.

Erin - Kennel Attendant
My name is Erin. I’ve been working part time at Animal Medical Clinic since August 2008. I also work full time at CVS Pharmacy as a supervisor, and pet sit on the side. I have a chow chow named Miko and 2 cats named Kaya and Amaya. In what little free time I have I enjoy camping, scrapbooking, and hanging out with friends and family.

Jenny - Kennel Attendant
Jenny has been at Animal Medical Clinic since November 2008. She hopes to return to school soon to become a Veterinary Technician. She is especially interested in cats. She lives with her boyfriend, Tom and the cutest cats in the world, Indy and Arwen.
